Usability is at the centre of our approach and we work with a wide range of disabled-led groups and charities, so we have a long track record in bringing accessibility to the web and cultural organisations. By working directly with disabled people, we witness the consequences of poor accessibility first hand, so we do not need to rely on "tick box" automatic accessibility assessments.
